Editorial Lead & Program Manager

Mission
You are the connective tissue of the Good Publishing intern taskforce. Your job is to keep the team moving, maintain the editorial standard of everything that leaves this company, and serve as the steady, reliable hand between the founder and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly workflow and task assignments across all six intern roles
- Provide first-round editorial review on all written content
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all programs
- Track project timelines and keep the team accountable
- Assist with editing manuscripts submitted by outside authors
- Manage shared project tracking as the organizational hub
- Serve as primary liaison between the taskforce and Lyn Scales Gholston
- Identify and escalate issues before they become problems
Ideal Background
Publishing, English, journalism, communications, or creative writing with demonstrable leadership experience. Graduate students welcome.
