These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and BGood Corporation, doing business as Good Publishing ("Good Publishing") governing your use of our website and any publishing services we provide.

By accessing or using our Services, submitting a manuscript, or engaging our publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

Good Publishing provides professional publishing services, including:

• Manuscript evaluation and consultation
• Editing, cover design, and formatting
• ISBN assignment and registration
• Print and ebook production
• Distribution through retail channels
• Marketing support

2. Manuscript Submissions

When you submit a manuscript:

• You grant us permission to review and evaluate your submission
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission
• You retain full copyright ownership of your manuscript
• We will treat submissions confidentially

3. Publishing Services Agreement

All publishing services require a separate written publishing agreement. These Terms supplement but do not replace the specific terms in your publishing agreement. Specific services, timelines, and fees will be detailed in your individual publishing agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full copyright ownership of your manuscript. By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to edit, format, produce, and distribute your book.

Our Content: Good Publishing retains all rights to its website content, logo, branding, and business processes. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

5. User Representations and Warranties

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to content you submit
• Your content is original and does not infringe third-party rights
• Your content does not contain defamatory, libelous, or unlawful material
• You have authority to submit the work
• All information provided is accurate and complete

6. Payment Terms

Publishing services fees are determined on a project-by-project basis and specified in your publishing agreement. Payment terms may include upfront payment, milestone-based payments, or payment upon completion.

Late payments may result in suspension of services or termination of your publishing agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these Terms or our Services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the lesser of the total amount you paid us or $100.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding book sales, market reception, reviews, bestseller status, or profitability. Book success depends on numerous factors beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri.
