Lyn's Books & Case Studies Coordinator

Reports to: Lyn Scales Gholston, Founder & Publisher • 8–10 weeks • 12–15 hrs/week • Remote

Mission

You are responsible for the most strategically important content at Good Publishing — the manuscripts of Lyn Scales Gholston. Three manuscripts are in active development. Your job is to assist with edits, preserve the author's voice, and later develop case study content. NDA required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with final editing on three active manuscripts
Preserve and protect the author's voice in every edit
Track changes meticulously with clean version control
Research comparable published works in business, leadership, and faith
Develop the case study submission framework
Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs
Edit entrepreneur stories into polished case studies
Maintain absolute confidentiality — no exceptions

Ideal Background

Strong editorial background with experience working on someone else's writing. English, communications, journalism. Must be trustworthy.
