Lead Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Lyn Scales Gholston, Founder & Publisher 8–10 weeks 12–15 hrs/week Remote

Mission

You are the architect of how Good Publishing shows up in the world. You own the brand voice, overall marketing strategy, and revenue funnels. You lead three marketing coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the unified brand voice
  • Build and manage revenue funnels with the tech specialist
  • Apply a proven ad copy method — training provided
  • Oversee three marketing coordinators
  • Own email marketing strategy and list-building
  • Develop and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Track performance metrics and report results
  • Identify media and partnership opportunities

Ideal Background

Marketing, communications, or business with real campaign experience. Must understand funnels, email marketing, and digital advertising. Leadership required.
