110 Aurum Outreach & Grants Coordinator

Reports to: Lead Marketing Coordinator 8–10 weeks 12–15 hrs/week Remote

Mission

You fund and fill the 110 Aurum pipeline. That means finding grants, writing proposals, recruiting women whose stories deserve preservation, and building corporate sponsorship relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research foundations and grants for literary arts
  • Write and submit grant applications
  • Build a grant opportunities calendar and tracker
  • Develop the 110 Aurum nominations pipeline
  • Write outreach materials for prospective authors
  • Identify corporations for title sponsorships
  • Assist with scholarship program development
  • Build relationships with women's organizations and HBCUs

Ideal Background

Nonprofit management, grant writing, women's studies, PR, or library science. Genuine commitment to women's stories is essential.
