Mission
You fund and fill the 110 Aurum pipeline. That means finding grants, writing proposals, recruiting women whose stories deserve preservation, and building corporate sponsorship relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research foundations and grants for literary arts
- Write and submit grant applications
- Build a grant opportunities calendar and tracker
- Develop the 110 Aurum nominations pipeline
- Write outreach materials for prospective authors
- Identify corporations for title sponsorships
- Assist with scholarship program development
- Build relationships with women's organizations and HBCUs
Ideal Background
Nonprofit management, grant writing, women's studies, PR, or library science. Genuine commitment to women's stories is essential.
